01I have a website which provide a platform to my potential clients or customers or consumers or associates to reach me but that is not enough. I have presence over internet – largest market place but getting short number of traffic or maximum un-relevant traffic than what to do.

Next step: I have gone through SEO, now I have getting better traffic on my website, better number of business leads; I have got good Page Rank as well but still not satisfied. This is not the limit than what to do next. Yes.. I am getting traffic and business both but some question always disturbs my mind.

 

  • How can I prove to visitors that I am more reliable than my competitors?
  • How many visitor; already visited my website; actually remember my website URL?
  • How many of them really recommend me to their circle?
  • What is my brand image?
  • How can I improve my brand value or M-Cap?
  • How I position in my customer’s mind and if it’s negative than how should I improve my image?
  • Are my potential customers and prospects are aware about actual and most important features of my product or service? If “no” how should I educate them?
  • Can any one tell me where I am lacking; if I am not doing well; is this because of product quality, pricing, associated services or my employees are not treating my clients well?
  • Most important question is: if my customers are having some mis-perception or negative opinion about my product or services than how can I tell them fact?
